Problems and suggestions

Found a bug or have an idea? That's where we hear about it and fix it.

How to report a problem

The more detail, the faster we can fix it:

  1. Say what happened and when (when connecting, when ringing the bell, in the middle of a session…).
  2. Tell us your server username and your launcher version.
  3. Send the user\last_run.log file from the port's folder.
